Speak (Voice) Recognition Module V3 product is a speaker-dependent voice recognition module. It supports up to 80 voice commands in all. Max 7 voice commands could work at the same time. This board has 2 controlling ways: Serial Port (full function), General Input Pins (part of a function). General Output Pins on the board could generate several kinds of waves while the corresponding voice command was recognized.
What are the updated features?We have Voice Recognition module V2 and it supports 15 commands in all and only 5 commands at the same time. On V2, voice commands are separated into 3 groups while you training it. And only one group (5 commands) could be imported into Recognizer. The TEC1-12705 40x40mm Thermoelectric Cooler 5A Peltier Module is the simple application of Peltier Thermoelectric Effect. The module features 127 semiconductor couples in the area of 40mmx40mm which very effectively cools and heats up to 80°C.
Thermoelectric coolers also are known as TEC or Peltier Module create a temperature differential on each side. One side gets hot and the other side gets cool. Therefore, they can be used to either warm something up or cool something down, depending on which side you use. You can also take advantage of a temperature differential to generate electricity.
This Peltier works very well as long as you remove the heat from the hot side. After turning on the device, the hot side will heat quickly, the cold side will cool quickly. If you do not remove the heat from the hot side (with a heat sink or other device), the Peltier will quickly reach stasis and do nothing. We recommend using an old computer CPU heatsink or another block of metal to pull heat from the hot side. We were able to use a computer power supply and CPU heatsink to make the cold side so uncomfortable we could not hold our finger to it.
A thermoelectric cooling (TEC) module is a semiconductor-based electronic component that functions as a small heat pump. By applying the DC power source to a TEC, heat will be transferred from one side of the module to the other. It creates a cold and hot side. This is JoyStick Module PS2 Breakout Sensor very similar to the ‘analog’ joysticks on PS2 (PlayStation 2) controllers. Directional movements are simply two potentiometers – one for each axis. Pots are ~10k each. This joystick also has a select button that is actuated when the joystick is press down.
With the help of this Joystick Module, you can measure position coordinates on the X and Y axis by moving the “hat”. It also contains a switch that is press-able by pushing the “hat”.It also contains a switch that is press-able by pushing the “hat” down. Similar to the XBOX controller.
The X and Y axes are two 10k potentiometers which control 2D movement by generating analog signals. When the module is in working mode, it will output two analog values, representing two directions. Setting up SPI/I2C Connection with GMS096A OLED Module :Being a new entry into the market, only limited resources are available on this small piece of a miracle (GMS096A). I2C/SPI configuration always demands helpful resources as in any case. For the SPI setup, the module comes in 4 wire SPI configuration by default and to make it work with the Arduino you can use these libraries from Adafruit.
For the I2C setup, it demands a little bit of work on the module, let us start with resoldering the resistor from position R3 to R1 and then short the R8 resistor with some soldering tin (0 Ohm resistor). The R6 and R7 pullup resistors are already soldered, nothing to do there. Once done, the module is ready for I2C communication! The CS Pin is not necessarily needed, so just connect it to GND. The DC Pin selects the address. For standard address wire it to GND. The RES-pin needs a low pulse at startup and a high voltage during operation (as in SPI mode), a 100nF capacitor to GND and a 10k resistor to VCC would be ideal!

The USB TO UART TTL 5V 3.3V FT232RL Download Cable To Serial Adapter Module is a basic breakout board for the FTDI FT232RL USB to serial IC, Revision 2. The pinout of this board matches the FTDI cable to work with official Arduino and cloned 5V Arduino boards. It can also be used for general serial applications.
The major difference with this board is that it brings out the DTR pin as opposed to the RTS pin of the FTDI cable. The DTR pin allows an Arduino target to auto-reset when a new Sketch is downloaded. This is a really nice feature to have and allows a sketch to be downloaded without having to hit the reset button. This board will auto reset any Arduino board that has the reset pin brought out to a 6-pin connector.
The pins labelled BLK and GRN correspond to the coloured wires on the FTDI cable. The black wire on the FTDI cable is GND, green is CTS. Use these BLK and GRN pins to align the FTDI basic board with your Arduino target.
This board has TX and RX LEDs that make it a bit better to use over the FTDI cable. You can actually see serial traffic on the LEDs to verify if the board is working.
This board was designed to decrease the cost of Arduino development and increase ease of use (the auto-reset feature rocks!). Our Arduino Pro boards and LilyPads use this type of connector.
One of the nice features of this board is a jumper on the back of the board that allows the board to be configured to either 3.3V or 5V (both power output and IO level). This board ship default to 5V, but you can cut the default trace and add a solder jumper if you need to switch to 3.3V.

The 4 x 4 matrix keypad usually is used as input in a project. It has 16 keys in total, which means the same input values. The 4 x 4 Matrix Keypad Module is a non-encoded matrix keypad consisting of 16 keys in parallel. The keys of each row and column are connected through the pins outside – pin R1-R4 as labeled beside control the rows, when L1-L4, the columns.
A 4×4 matrix keypad consisting of microswitch buttons. The module has four holes 3mm (M3) holes for mounting. The pin designations on each PCB are shown on each PCB. Four pins are thus used as an ‘x’ coordinate and the other 4 as a ‘y’ coordinate.
The module is already equipped with a soldered pin-headers.
First test whether any key is pressed down. Connect power to rows, so they are High level. Then set all the rows R1-R4 as Low and then detect the status of the columns. Any column of Low indicates there is key pressing and that the key is among the 4 keys of the column. If all columns are High, it means no key is pressed down. Next, locate the key. Since the column in which the pressed key lies is identified, knowing the line would finalize the testing. Thus, set the rows as Low in turns until any is unveiled accordingly – other rows will still be High.
Now the row can be identified. Detect the status of each column in turns. The column tested Low is the one intersecting with the line – their cross point is just the key pressed.

This is a RoHS compliant I2C Serial LCD Daughter board that can be connected to a standard 16×2 or 20×4 Character Display Module that supports 4-bit mode.
