This TP4056 1A Li-ion lithium Battery Charging Module with Current Protection – Mini USB is a tiny module, perfect for charging single cell 3.7V 1 Ah or higher lithium ion (Li-Ion) cells such as 16550s that don’t have their own protection circuit. Based on the TP4056 charger IC and DW01 battery protection IC this module will offer 1A charge current then cut off when finished.

Furthermore when the battery voltage drops below 2.4V the protection IC will switch the load off to protect the cell from running at too low of a voltage – and also protects against over-voltage and reverse polarity connection (it will usually destroy itself instead of the battery) however please check you have it connected correctly the first time.

Manufactured under fully machinery processing. Each module is tested OK before shipment from  so it has high reliability for the best performance. In conclusion, it is special design for a single lithium battery charging. TP4056 Other features include the current monitor, under voltage lockout, automatic recharge, and two status pin to indicate charge termination and the presence of an input voltage.

Using the module:
  1. Connect mini USB cable for power, or 5V DC to pads marked IN+ and IN- on the left-hand side of the module
  2. Connect cell to charge to B+/B- pads on the right-hand side of the module.
  3. A load (something for the battery to power) can be connected to the OUT+/OUT- pads on the right-hand side
  4. Important! Disconnect load when charging
  5. The red LED indicates charging in progress, green LED indicates charging has finished.
  6. Never charge your battery at a rate greater than 1C.
NOTE:

1. Ampere meter can only be connected to a 5v input end of the module.
2. It is better than the charging current is 37% of the battery capacity. If you charge the battery of 1000mAh, a current of 400mAh is enough.
3. The connection wire should not be too thick.
4. Make sure the connect point is good.
5. If the input voltage is too high, like 5.2v, the current will be less than 1000mA, it is normal. It is protection function, auto-subtract the charging current to avoid burn damage to the chip.
6. NO Reverse polarity.

Description:-

I2C Module has a inbuilt PCF8574 I2C chip that converts I2C serial data to parallel data for the LCD display.        

These modules are currently supplied with a default I2C address of either 0x27 or 0x3F. To determine which version you have check the black I2C adaptor board on the underside of the module. If there a 3 sets of pads labelled A0, A1, & A2 then the default address will be 0x3F. If there are no pads the default address will be 0x27.

The module has a contrast adjustment pot on the underside of the display. This may require adjusting for the screen to display text correctly.

This L298 Based Motor Driver Module is a high power motor driver perfect for driving DC Motors and Stepper Motors. This motor driver is perfect for robotics and mechatronics projects and perfect for controlling motors from microcontrollers, switches, relays, etc. Perfect for driving DC and Stepper motors for micro mouse, line following robots, robot arms, etc.

An H-Bridge is a circuit that can drive a current in either polarity and be controlled by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM).

Pulse Width Modulation is a means of controlling the duration of an electronic pulse. In motors try to imagine the brush as a water wheel and electrons as the flowing droplets of water. The voltage would be the water flowing over the wheel at a constant rate, the more water flowing the higher the voltage. Motors are rated at certain voltages and can be damaged if the voltage is applied to heavily or if it is dropped quickly to slow the motor down. Thus PWM. Take the water wheel analogy and think of the water hitting it in pulses but at a constant flow. The longer the pulses the faster the wheel will turn, the shorter the pulses, the slower the water wheel will turn. Motors will last much longer and be more reliable if controlled through PWM.

Great little solution's for wireless control capable of up to 2mbit communication with a range from 40 to 100m. Has on board antenna. The nRF24L01 is a single chip 2.4GHz transceiver with an embedded baseband protocol engine (Enhanced ShockBurst™), designed for ultra low power wireless applications.

The nRF24L01 is designed for operation in the world wide ISM frequency band at 2.400 - 2.4835GHz. An MCU (microcontroller) and very few external passive components are needed to design a radio system with the nRF24L01. The nRF24L01 is configured and operated through a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI.) Through this interface the register map is available. The register map contains all configuration registers in the nRF24L01 and is accessible in all operation modes of the chip.

The embedded baseband protocol engine (Enhanced ShockBurst™) is based on packet communication and supports various modes from manual operation to advanced autonomous protocol operation. Internal FIFOs ensure a smooth data flow between the radio front end and the system’s MCU. Enhanced ShockBurst™ reduces system cost by handling all the high-speed link layer operations. The radio front end uses GFSK modulation. It has user configurable parameters like frequency channel, output power and air data rate.

The Board comes in a size of approx. 46 x 60 x 3.4 mm which can be easily installed in a compact size or on battery bundle itself.

  3. When the load of the brush motor is used, try to connect a non-polar capacitor (withstand voltage above 25V, capacity 10uF-100uF) to the motors positive and negative terminals to prevent the reverse spike from the motor. Break the MOS tube.
  4. 4 groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries, if not the same, please fill each battery separately and then use it in series. The Discharge test, the voltage drop faster battery that group is a poor battery.

NE555 Pulse Frequency Duty Cycle Adjustable Module Square Wave Signal Generator is 5 V square wave signal generator. It generates a square wave signal used for experimental development. Also, use to drive a stepper motor for generating a square wave drive signal.

The output duty cycle can fine-tune. Duty cycle and frequency is not separately adjustable, adjusting the duty cycle will change the frequency.

The output frequency is adjustable:

  1. Period T = 0.7 (RA +2 RB) C
  2. RA, RB is 0-10K adjustable;
  3. Low profile when C = 0.001UF;
  4. IF stalls C = 0.1UF;
  5. High-frequency file C = 1UF;
  6. HF stalls C = 100UF;
  7. So buyers can calculate the frequency of the waveform.

The XL4015 5A Step Down Adjustable Power Supply with LED Voltmeter module is a 180 kHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down) DC/DC module, capable of driving a 5A load with high efficiency, low ripple, and excellent line and load regulation. The module has a voltmeter display to show the current input and output voltages. It can also be calibrated for accuracy.

The voltmeter can calibrate automatically. The measure can be changed between input and output voltage, with the indicator. The voltmeter can also be shut down. The board uses the connection terminal for easy wiring.

The DC/DC buck module has applications where the input voltage is higher than the output voltage, such as battery, power transformer, DIY adjustable regulated power supply, LCD Monitor and LCD TV portable instrument power supply telecom/networking equipment, 24V vehicle notebook power supply, industrial equipment buck.

This module has an adjustable output Voltage and Current. It also works as a dedicated charger for Lithium Batteries (Li-Ion, LiPo) as it is capable of controlling voltage as well as current. Ex. 12V buck to 3.3V, 12V buck to 5V, 24V buck to 5V,24V buck to 12V, 36V buck to 24V, etc.

This is a Black Plastic Storage Box Case Holder for Battery  2,3,4,6 X AA Cell Box, with DC Power Plug. The MAX7219 is an integrated serial input / output common-cathode display driver, it is connected to a microprocessor with 8-digit 7-segment digital LED display can also be connected to the bar graph display or 64 separate LED. This TP4056 1A Li-Ion Battery Charging Board Micro USB with Current Protection is a tiny module, perfect for charging single cell 3.7V 1 Ah or higher lithium-ion (Li-Ion) cells such as 16550s that don't have their own protection circuit. Based on the TP4056 charger IC and DW01 battery protection IC this module will offer 1A charge current then cut off when finished.

Furthermore, when the battery voltage drops below 2.4V the protection IC will switch the load off to protect the cell from running at too low of a voltage and also protects against over-voltage and reverse polarity connection (it will usually destroy itself instead of the battery) however please check you have it connected correctly the first time.


Using the module:
  1. Connect micro USB cable for power, or 5V DC to pads marked IN+ and IN- on the left-hand side of the module
  2. Connect cell to charge to B+/B- pads on the right-hand side of the module.
  3. A load (something for the battery to power) can be connected to the OUT+/OUT- pads on the right-hand side
  4. Important! Disconnect load when charging
  5. The red LED indicates charging in progress, green LED indicates charging has finished.
  6. Never charge your battery at a rate greater than 1C.

NOTE:

1. Ampere meter can only be connected to a 5v input end of the module.
2. It is better than the charging current is 37% of the battery capacity. If you charge the battery of 1000mAh, acurrent of 400mAh is enough.
3. The connection wire should not be too thick.
4. Make sure the connect point is good.
5. If the input voltage is too high, like 5.2v, the current will be less than 1000mA, it is normal. It is protection function, auto-subtract the charging current to avoid burn damage to the chip.
6. NO Reverse polarity.
