The A4988 driver Stepper Motor Driver is a complete micro-stepping motor driver with built-in converter, easy to operate. It operates from 8 V to 35 V and can deliver up to approximately 1 A per phase without a heat sink or forced air flow (it is rated for 2 A per coil with sufficient additional cooling).

A4988 driver Stepper Motor Driver includes a fixed off-time current regulator, the regulator can be in slow or mixed decay mode. The converter is the key to the easy implementation of the A4988.

There are no phase sequence tables, the high-frequency control interface programming etc. The application of A4988 interface is very suitable for a complex microprocessor is not available or overload. In the stepping operation, the chopping control in the A4988 automatically selects the current decay mode (slow or mixed). The mix decay current control scheme can reduce the audible motor noise, increased step accuracy, and reduced power consumption.

Provide internal synchronous rectification control circuitry, in order to improve the pulse width modulation (PWM) power consumption during operation.

Internal circuit protection includes thermal shutdown with hysteresis, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and crossover current protection. Don’t need special power-up sequencing. A4988 uses surface mount QFN package (ES), the size is 5 mm × 5 mm, nominal overall package height is 0.90 mm, with an exposed thermal pad to enhance the heat dissipation function.

The 5,20& 30 A Range Current Sensor Module ACS712 consists of a precise, low-offset, linear Hall circuit with a copper conduction path located near the surface of the die. Applied current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field in which the Hall IC converts into a proportional voltage.

Sensing and controlling current flow is a fundamental requirement in a wide variety of applications including, over-current protection circuits, battery chargers, switching mode power supplies, digital watt meters, programmable current sources, etc.

This ACS721 current module is based on the ACS712 sensor, which can accurately detect AC or DC current.

The maximum AC or DC that can be detected can reach 20A, and the present current signal can be read via analog I / O port of Arduino.

The Due Arduino is a microcontroller board based on the Atmel SAM3X8E ARM Cortex-M3 CPU. The Due, AT91SAM3X8E ARM Cortex-M3 Board with Micro USB Cable is the first Arduino board based on a 32-bit ARM core microcontroller. It has 54 digital input / output pins (of which 12 can be used as PWM outputs), 12 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 84 MHz clock, an USB OTG capable connection, 2 DAC (digital to analog), 2 TWI, a power jack, an SPI header, a JTAG header, a reset button and an erase button.

This board with micro-USB cable is ready-to-equip in your project and contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a micro-USB cable or power it with an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. The Due is compatible with all Arduino shields that work at 3.3V and are compliant with the 1.0 Arduino pinout.

The SAM3X has 512KB (2 blocks of 256KB) of flash memory for storing code. The bootloader is pre-burned in a factory from Atmel and is stored in a dedicated ROM memory. The available SRAM is 96KB in two contiguous banks of 64KB and 32KB. All the available memory (Flash, RAM, and ROM) can be accessed directly as a flat addressing space.

It is possible to erase the Flash memory of the SAM3X with the onboard erase button. This will remove the currently loaded sketch from the MCU. To erase, press and hold the Erase button for a few seconds while the board is powered.

Due follows the 1.0 pinout:

TWI: SDA and SCL pins that are near to the AREF pin.
The IOREF pin which allows an attached shield with the proper configuration to adapt to the voltage provided by the board. This enables shield compatibility with a 3.3V board like the Due and AVR-based boards which operate at 5V.
An unconnected pin, reserved for future use

The ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board is a microcontroller board compatible with Arduino & derived from the Arduino Leonardo. The ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board differs from all preceding Arduino boards in that it provides a number of built-in; ready-to-use set of onboard sensors for interaction.

The ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board has onboard sound and light outputs, and several input sensors; including a joystick, a slider, a temperature sensor, an accelerometer, a microphone, and a light sensor. It also has the potential to expand its capabilities with two Tinker-kit input and output connectors, and a socket for a color TFT LCD screen.

Like the Leonardo board, the ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board uses an Atmega32U4 AVR microcontroller with 16 MHz crystal oscillator. And a micro USB connection capable of acting as a USB client device like a mouse or a keyboard. In the upper left corner of the board, there is a reset push button, that you can use to restart the board.

There are four status LEDs

ON [green] indicates whether the board is receiving power supply

L [yellow] connect directly to the micro-controller, accessible through pin 13

RX and TX [yellow] indicates the data being transmit or receive over the USB communication

The board contains everything need to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable to get started. The Esplora has built-in USB communication; it can appear to a connected computer as a mouse or keyboard, in addition to a virtual (CDC) serial / COM port. This has other implications for the behavior of the board; these are detailed on the getting started page. You can find all the information you need to configure your board, use the Arduino Software (IDE); and start to tinker with coding and electronics.

The design of the ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board recalls traditional gamepad design with an analog joystick on the left and four push buttons on the right. The ESPLORA Joystick Photosensitive Sensor Board has the following onboard inputs and outputs :

This is a Black Plastic Storage Box Case Holder for Battery  2,3,4,6 X AA Cell Box, with DC Power Plug. The SYB-170 Mini Solderless Breadboard is named for its 170 tie points. It has 17 columns of 10 holes, which are separated into two pairs by a central notch, and labelled 1 to 17. The DHT22 Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module AM2302 is a basic, low-cost digital temperature and humidity sensor. It uses a capacitive humidity sensor and a thermistor to measure the surrounding air and spits out a digital signal on the data pin (no analog input pins needed).

Its fairly simple to use, but requires careful timing to grab data. The only real downside of this sensor is you can only get new data from it once every 2 seconds, so when using our library, sensor readings can be up to 2 seconds old.

Simply connect the first pin on the left to 3-5V power, the second pin to your data input pin and the rightmost pin to ground. Although it uses a single-wire to send data it is not Dallas One Wire compatible! If you want multiple sensors, each one must have its own data pin!

This is 0.28-inch Digital Voltmeter Ammeter DC 100V 50A LED Amp Volt Meter With Shunt. This meter will measure up to 100 VDC with a 0.1-volt resolution.

One thing to note is, this meter has 2 wiring harnesses. One harness is to provide power for the meters, that’s the 2 poles with a RED and a BLACK lead. Small size, portable, the magnitudes of voltage and current are displayed on the same screen at the same time.

This can be supplied anywhere from 6 volts DC up to 30 VDC. This is a separate power supply that is isolated from the source, it is possible to use the same supply but it seems to affect the amp meter reading. The 3 wire harness is used for a ground that connects directly to the battery or supply ground of the load.

Note: There are two different wiring variants (i.e. yellow wire and Green wire ) with the same working functionality is available which will be shipped randomly. Use the followings guidelines according to your version.

CASE 1: Onboard Wiring Instructions for “Yellow” Wire connection

1. Thin Red Wire (VCC): positive pole of power supply input (4.5-30V)
(Note: if the measuring signal is less than 30V and the power is adequate, can be the power supply of module)

2. Thin Black Wire (GND): the negative pole of power supply input (4.5-30V, common ground with measuring signal)

3. Green Wire (VIN): positive pole of measuring signal input (0-100V)

4. Thick Red Wire (I+): positive pole of current input (series connect on the power supply cathode)

5. Thick Black Wire (I-): the negative pole of current input (series connect on the power supply cathode)

Note: If the input voltage is more than 5V then please use the buck converter.

CASE 2: Onboard Wiring Instructions for “Green” Wire connection

(The current range of 10A requires the external shunt connection process)

1. Connect the lines which are not connected well, and do not touch other places.

2. The shunt is connected to the negative pole of the measuring system (the shunt itself does not distinguish the direction, and the connection is fixed to the two large screw holes in the distributor.

3. According to the current direction, the green line (+) and the black line (-) of the three lines are respectively screwed on the two small screws of the shunt.

4. Connect the red line of the three lines to the positive pole of the measuring system.

5. The power supply line in the two lines is connected to the appropriate power supply (and the voltage between the black lines in the three lines. It is suggested to be connected to the 12V, at the same time, the electric power black lines in the two lines are wrapped with insulating tape, so do not encounter other places, so as not to cause a short circuit).

6. The above 1-5 steps are suitable for the use of common ground; for independent power supply occasions, the red and black lines of power supply in two lines are respectively connected to both sides of the positive and negative poles of the power supply (the power supply voltage <28V, suggested to be about 12V).

Pin Description of DS1307:

Pin 1, 2: Connections for standard 32.768 kHz quartz crystal. The internal oscillator circuitry is intended for operation with a crystal having a specified load capacitance of 12.5pF. X1 is the input to the oscillator and can alternatively be connected to an external 32.768 kHz oscillator. The output of the internal oscillator, X2 is drifted if an external oscillator is connected to X1.

Pin 3: Battery input for any standard 3V lithium cell or another energy source. Battery voltage should be between 2V and 3.5V for suitable operation. The nominal write-protect trip point voltage at which access to the RTC and user RAM is denied is set by the internal circuitry as 1.25 x VBAT nominal. A lithium battery with 48mAhr or greater will backup the DS1307 for more than 10 years in the absence of power at 25ºC. UL recognized to ensure against reverse charging current when utilized as a part of conjunction with a lithium battery.

Pin 4: Ground.

Pin 5: Serial data input/output. The input/output for the I2C serial interface is the SDA, which is the open drain and requires a pull-up resistor, allowing a pull-up voltage to 5.5V. Regardless of the voltage on VCC.

Pin 6: Serial clock input. It is the I2C interface clock input and is used in data synchronization.

Pin 7: Square wave/output driver. When enabled, the SQWE bit set to 1, the SQW/OUT pin outputs one of four square-wave frequencies (1Hz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, and 32 kHz). This is also an open drain and requires an external pull-up resistor. It requires the application of either Vcc or Vb at to operate SQW/OUT, with an allowable pull-up voltage of 5.5V and can be left floating, if not used.

Pin 8: Primary power supply. When the voltage is applied within normal limits, the device is fully accessible and data can be written and read. When a backup supply is connected to the device and VCC is below VTP, read and writes are inhibited. However, at low voltages, the timekeeping function still functions.

This amazingly priced wireless module allows any microcontroller to connect to an 802.11b/g/n wireless network. This, in turn, provides your microcontroller project with the ability to request data from a server anywhere in the world via a suitable WiFI connection. Control of the module couldn’t be simpler as it comes pre-flashed with a serial application allowing it to be controlled via simple ‘AT’ serial (115200 baud default) commands. How to Adjust the Force Range:

In order to measure higher forces, apply a lower drive voltage (-0.5 V, -0.25 V, etc.) and reduce the resistance of the feedback resistor (1k??? min.) To measure lower forces, apply a higher drive voltage and increase the resistance of the feedback resistor.

The FlexiForce A201 force sensor is an ultra-thin and flexible printed circuit, which can be easily integrated into most applications.

The FlexiForce A201/1 flex sensor is an ultra-thin and flexible printed circuit, which can be easily integrated into most applications. With its paper-thin construction, flexibility and force measurement ability, the FlexiForce force sensor can measure force between almost any two surfaces and is durable enough to stand up to most environments. FlexiForce has better force sensing properties, linearity, hysteresis, drift, and temperature sensitivity than any other thin-film force sensors.

The “active sensing area” is a 0.375” diameter circle at the end of the sensor. The sensor has two layers of the substrate. This substrate is composed of polyester film (or Polyimide in the case of the High-Temperature Sensors). On each layer, a conductive material (silver) is applied, followed by a layer of pressure-sensitive ink. The adhesive is then used to laminate the two layers of substrate together to form the sensor. The silver circle on top of the pressure-sensitive ink defines the “active sensing area.”

Silver extends from the sensing area to the connectors at the other end of the sensor, forming the conductive leads.
FlexiForce sensors are terminated with a solderable male square pin connector, which allows them to be incorporated into a circuit. The two outer pins of the connector are active and the centre pin is inactive. The length of the sensors can be trimmed to predefined lengths of 2”, 4” and 6” as per the requirements. If the sensor is trimmed, a new connector must be attached. This can be accomplished by purchasing staked pin connectors and a crimping tool. A conductive epoxy can also be used to adhere to small wires to each conductor.

The sensor acts as a variable resistor in an electrical circuit. When the sensor is unloaded, its resistance is very high (greater than 5 Meg-ohm); when a force is applied to the sensor, the resistance decreases. Connecting an ohmmeter to the outer two pins of the sensor connector and applying a force to the sensing area can read the change in resistance.

Application:

An example circuit is shown below. In this case, it is driven by a -5 V DC excitation voltage. This circuit uses an inverting operational amplifier arrangement to produce an analog output based on the sensor resistance and a fixed reference resistance (RF). An analog-to-digital converter can be used to change this voltage to a digital output. In this circuit, the sensitivity of the sensor could be adjusted by changing the reference resistance (RF) and/or drive voltage (VT); a lower reference resistance and/or drive voltage will make the sensor less sensitive and increase
its active force range.

The sensing area is the silver circle on the top of the sensor only.

This is a force sensitive resistor with a square, 1.75 x 1.5″, sensing area. This FSR will vary its resistance depending on how much pressure is being applied to the sensing area. The harder the force, the lower the resistance. When no pressure is being applied to the FSR its resistance will be larger than 1MΩ.

This FSR can sense applied force anywhere in the range of 100g-10kg. Two pins extend from the bottom of the sensor with 0.1″ pitch making it bread friendly. There is a peel-and-stick rubber backing on the other side of the sensing area to mount the FSR.

Just Connect a resistor to form a voltage divider and measure the voltage at the junction to find the force applied. These sensors are simple to set up and great for sensing pressure, but they aren’t incredibly accurate. Use them to sense if it’s being squeezed, but you may not want to use it as a scale.
